Delivering messages of hope sprinkled with a little tough love is my favorite thing to do. I am available to do speaking engagements in the form of keynotes, breakout sessions, or a combination of both! Many of my topics are rooted in body image activism and self love and pull from positive psychology and life experience. I have been described as having a voice that is “like sex, cotton candy, and cocaine all mixed together” and been accused of making listeners want more. I deliver important content with the humor and sass of an 85 year old grandma that has no filter.
